Returns & Eligibility

📅 30-Day Return Policy (Online Orders Only) – You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
🚨 Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Due to health and hygiene standards, the following items are final sale with no exceptions:
